Cauliflower Crust

Our award-winning cauliflower crust allows you to create your very own pizza creations! Each pizza being hand-stretched and stone-baked, the result is a vibrant plant-based pizza crust with authentic Neapolitan flavor.

Oggi Foods is the only gluten-free pizza in the industry with rising air pockets. All of our pizzas are gluten-free certified and made in a gluten-free facility.


Cooking Instructions

Keep product frozen at 0°F (-18°C) while preheating. Do not eat without cooking. For food safety and quality, this product must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Refrigerate or discard any unused portion.

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 °F(230°C).
  2. Remove pizza crust from all Packaging.
  3. Place directly on the middle rack.
  4. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.

Caution: Pizza will be very hot. Let pizza stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.


Non-Gmo Crust: Cauliflower, Dough: pizza mix (corn starch, rice flour, potato starch, dextrose, psyllium, fructose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, inulin, sorbitol), water, yeast, extra virgin olive oil, brown cane sugar, sea salt.
